A Seasonal Playlist from Sister Mountain

Christmas is only 2 days away! I can't believe it has come around so quickly.

This week, I shall be taking a short break away from the blog so that I can spend some much needed time with my family.

This will probably involve watching as many terrible Christmas films as possible (I'll be making my way down this list...) It will also likely involve scoffing my body weight in mince pies. And of course, knitting! I'll be casting on for the Truss cardigan that I've been waiting oh-so-patiently to start.

Sister Mountain' Seasonal Playlist

If you, too, will be partaking in a spot of Christmas knitting, I have put together a festive playlist for you to listen to whilst you are knitting. It features a few of the classics, as well as some not so well-known covers that I love. I hope it puts you in the Christmas spirit - I know I felt particularly Christmassy after putting this together!

It's been a tough year for many of us, myself included, so in the words of the late Greg Lake, I share this blessing with you:

I wish you a hopeful Christmas, I wish you a brave new year. All anguish, pain and sadness leave your heart and let your road be clear.
